Description

The Record to Report Analyst ensures accurate financial reporting by preparing and uploading month-end journals, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and maintaining fixed asset registers. They also handle bank reconciliations, cash flow reporting, variance analysis, and audit support while contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and upload month-end journals (e.g., prepayments, accruals, reclassifications).
  • Complete and reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigating discrepancies.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, process depreciation, disposals, and transfers.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
  • Support financial audits by providing required documentation.
  • Conduct variance analysis for P&L accounts.
  • Assist in preparing reporting packs and process improvement initiatives.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.

Type: Permanent, Full time

Work Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 2 days from office
