The Marketing Executive will report directly to the Campaign
Marketing Manager within the wider Global Marketing team. You will be
a creatively-minded marketing generalist with experience in B2B
marketing. You will oversee many aspects of campaign development and
implementation, as well as ROI and follow-up, to support the team's
marketing strategy.
In response to the current global pandemic, we are focusing on
digital and virtual engagement tactics, requiring a shift in marketing
behaviours across the department. You will be responsible for creating
and delivering exciting new digitally integrated end-to-end programmes
to improve the firm's market position, enhance client relationships,
and drive revenue opportunities. The role will be divided into 75%
specialising in campaign management and 25% broader digital marketing
to support the wider Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns (75%)
Support the Campaign Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager for Insurance.
Oversee and develop marketing campaigns aligned with the firm's
revenue-generating initiatives.
Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences
and messaging.
Execute promotional activities for campaigns to find the best
route to market for lead generation and nurturing.
Digital Marketing Support (25%)
Develop broader skills in digital marketing channels, such as
Google Analytics training.
Receive training on all digital marketing platforms and become
proficient in systems including InterAction (CRM system), Vuture
(email platform), Kentico (CMS), and podcast and webinar platforms.
Support wider marketing team projects when required, based on
demand, annual leave, and sickness.
