Paralegal - International Arbitration / Commercial Litigation - Manchester

We are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our International Arbitration / Commercial Litigation team based in the Manchester office.

The Team

Our Commercial Litigation Team in Manchester team, focus on supporting clients within the Healthcare, Trade, Leisure and Energy sectors. They are well renowned for both commercial and investment disputes and often works closely with our international network. Due to the nature of the teams work they are often supporting clients with cross boarder legislation and disputes.

The Role

The role will be supporting associates and senior associate with Warranty claims and commercial debt recovery disputes. The post holder will be responsible for providing various administrative support related to the portfolio, ensuring work is completed in a timely manner. As well providing general administrative support to the wider team, working to tight deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Supporting fee earner with file management, document review, preparing reports and bundles.
  • Providing administrative support in from of, but not limited to; updating systems and internal records.
  • Previous experience supporting fee earners with varied caseloads.
  • Proven track records of working effectively and efficiently to tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and client service focused.
  • Team player, sharing in team goals to provide excellent quality and efficiency of service, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
