Location: London or Manchester (hybrid role - minimum two days a week in the office)

The Role

The HR team in the UK consists of over 100 people. We have specialist teams in Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and Management, Learning and Development, Systems and MI and Reward. The HR Operations team are based in offices across the UK, working as one team to deliver a business partnering service to our fee earning and business services teams.

The purpose of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator role is to provide administrative support to the team, working collaboratively across a range of stakeholders to advance our strategic priorities.

You'll be based in either London or Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on administrative tasks such as managing mailboxes, processing invoices, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Support the delivery of our LIFT career insight programmes designed to provide fair access to experience in the corporate sector.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of key learning programmes, liaising closely with the Senior DEI Advisor (Global Programmes).
  • Support the delivery of a Clyde & Co Sponsorship Programme aimed at increasing diversity across the firm.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to track progress against identified objectives.
  • Able to build relationships with a range of key stakeholders across the firm, including managers and partners.
  • Proactiveness and initiative and the ability to continually seek out ways to improve processes and procedures and share ideas.
  • Confident in working with IT systems such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience of working in diversity, equity and inclusion is not essential, but an interest in the field will be required.
