Description
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal/Litigation Executive with
the ability to carry out the following key responsibilities to join
our Volume Motor Team:
Key Responsibilities
Handle fast track and small claims RTA files.
Deal with all procedural matters from
issue through to trial
Assess claims for special damages.
Draft all pleadings
Demonstrate the ability to value personal injury using JC
Guidelines and case law
Negotiate settlement where appropriate
using persuasive arguments.
Have strong telephone negotiation skills.
Prepare witness statements for use in
court proceedings, taken via telephone call or video call.
Liaise with other professionals such as
claimant's solicitors, counsel, courts, brokers, policyholders and
the insurer clients.
Have strong organisation skills and be
able to use a case management system
Ensure all Management Information is
completed timely and accurately.
Adhere to client SLA requirements in
terms of reporting and updates.
Have strong written and verbal
communication skills.
Essential Skills & Experience
A high level of accuracy and attention
to detail.
The ability to meet deadlines and work
efficiently by managing time in a fast pace environment.
A Professional manner with the ability
to build relationship internally and externally.
Minimum of 12 months previous experience
running a RTA caseload.
