(one of the fastest growing in the world, in fact) working at the
heart of sectors that drive global trade and commerce and this

This Program is our primary method for graduate recruitment and many
of our Summer Clerks go on to start their legal career with us.
What you'll do
As a Clyde & Co Summer Clerk, you will gain exposure to our niche
practice areas and experience more than just shadowing our lawyers.

Experience real work by observing cases, drafting responses,
providing advice and preparing research
Get involved in significant deals, meetings and negotiations

different types of litigation available first-hand
Learn about the nuances of privacy advice and the Cyber landscape
in Australia and New Zealand
Work alongside leading Insurance lawyers as they demystify the
myths of insurance law

in and provide guidance and support throughout your placement

knowledge and skills to succeed

and learn about our Diversity & Inclusion committees
Opportunities to connect with interstate clerks and build a
national network
What we are looking for
We're proud to be a genuinely diverse firm. We don't look for a
certain type of person. We look for people who can bring us something

kind of collaborative spirit that leads to powerful solutions to
complex problems. We are interested in engaging with clerks who are:
Self-motivated, naturally proactive and full of initiative
