Associate Solicitor - Fraud, Motor, EL/PL - 6 MFTC - Dublin Office

We are looking to recruit an Associate Solicitors (1- 3 years PQE) initially on a 6 month fixed term contract with experience in Fraud, Motor and Employers Liability and Public Liability claims to join our team in the Dublin office.

The Dublin Office

Clyde & Co Ireland is based in Dublin and has supported clients in the commercial, insurance and reinsurance sectors in Ireland and globally since 2009.

The team at St Stephens Green House offers law advice to a broad range of Irish, UK and international clients, as well as representation before the Irish courts.

Our specialist team advised on all aspects of personal injury litigation, defending catastrophic injury and fraudulent claims cases. The Work focuses on advising insurers and corporate clients on matters surrounding employers' and public liability and motor-related injuries.

The Role

The role will be focused on handling cases arising from a combination of Fraud, Motor, EL/PL claims.

We are interested in hearing from lawyers who come from a background of personal injury litigation and ideally with emphasis on Fraud, Motor and EL/PL experience.

A similar background in a defendant law firm would be ideal, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communication information logically is key - together with proficient IT skills.

The role will involve:

  • Running a case load of files in a manner compliant with our service level agreements with insurers.
  • Assisting in the defence of Fraud, Motor and EL/PL claims.
  • Communicating with clients effectively and complying with deadlines and clients' reporting requirements.
  • Capturing and recording management information.
