Senior Associate (5+ years PQE) - National Professional Indemnity Team - Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol Office

We are looking for a Senior Associate (5+ years' PQE) to join the National Professional Indemnity team and be based in either our Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol Office.

A consistent and ever-growing client base has led to a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious litigator to join this recognised market-leading team within Clyde & Co's worldwide and highly regarded specialist professional indemnity practice group.

We specialise in defending claims against accountants, auditors, solicitors, insurance brokers, independent financial advisors, surveyors, architects and construction professionals.

The work is varied and fascinating, both factually and legally, and this is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly respected Tier 1 team and to gain exposure to some of the most challenging and interesting claims in this practice area.

We are keen to hear from solicitors who have previous litigation experience within a professional negligence environment (but regardless of direct experience beyond the traditional professions) and preferably who have had some experience within the insurance industry. We are looking for individuals with the ability to defend high value and/or technically complex cases with the right support network around them. We would like a candidate who excels in building client relationships and with a high level of self-sufficiency and initiative.
