Role: Knowledge Paralegal

The Role

Full time permanent position for a Knowledge Management paralegal to support a busy team of five knowledge lawyers working in Clyde & Co's professional and financial lines practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Legal, market and trends research.
  • Collation of research materials and research notes.
  • Compilation of current awareness materials.
  • Case and article summary drafting.
  • Co-ordinating content for multi-jurisdictional projects.
  • Proof reading, note taking and management of sharepoint pages.
  • Management of legal and regulatory development trackers.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong technical (legal analysis/drafting/research) skills.
  • Proficiency in navigating legal databases and online resources.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to self-motivate, deliver without prompting and manage competing priorities.
