construction and commercial litigation, product liability, and
premises liability, as well as legal consultation on a project basis.
The Role
The Boston office of Clyde & Co has an exceptional opportunity
for an Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience interested in
pursuing a career in Construction.
This role offers a flexible/hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review pleadings, briefs,
interrogatories, and other legal correspondence and litigation documents
Prepare formal correspondence to
opposing counsel and other parties
Attend and conduct depositions,
hearings, and mediations as required
Analyze insurance policies, draft
coverage opinions and provide coverage recommendations for clients
Conduct complex and rigorous legal
research and analysis, and draft memoranda
Essential Skills & Experience
Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
2-5 years of litigation/trial experience with a focus on construction
Excellent legal research, writing, and
verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time
management skills
