The North America Recruitment Team
oversees the hiring of attorneys, law students, and staff for our US
and Canada offices. As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the
primary support for the Early Careers Senior Advisor across North
America. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks and
ensuring the seamless operation of all recruitment procedures and
programs for the department.
Key Responsibilities
Early Careers Recruitment Cycle
Support the recruitment process for early career programs by
advertising positions, coordinating interviews, gathering
interviewer feedback, and preparing offers.
Update position descriptions and recruitment materials to ensure
accuracy and appeal.
Facilitate the registration process for On-Campus Interviews (OCI)
and other recruiting events, coordinating with law schools and our attorneys.
Develop and maintain the OCI calendar, and manage logistics for
additional events such as coffee chats and employer showcases.
Provide administrative support during the application review
process, including collating application materials and managing
submissions through school platforms like 12twenty and Symplicity.
Schedule callback interviews, manage interview calendars, and
address any issues such as cancellations or rescheduling.
Prepare and draft candidate offer packages.
Early Careers Program Support
Assist in the development and coordination of onboarding and
program plans.
Monitor the feedback process, ensuring timely follow-up with
attorneys and updating program trackers.
Coordinate the selection and shipment of welcome gifts for early
careers hires and scholarship recipients.
Handle early careers related reimbursement and invoice submissions.
Complete end-of-summer surveys for law schools and annual reports
for professional organizations (i.e. NALP).
Maintain and update North America Early
Careers page on Clyde Connected (intranet).
Employer Brand
Collaborate with the Employer Brand team to execute social media
campaigns, promote events and vacancies, and develop marketing materials.
Send update requests to the website and other external platforms.
Contribute creative ideas to effectively reach target audiences
and ensure all communications adhere to branding guidelines.
Other Ad Hoc Duties
Assist with experienced hire postings at law schools or other universities.
Participate and contribute to Global Early Careers, Recruitment
and HR meetings.
Assist with and support new department initiatives and projects
within the wider Recruitment and HR team, when needed.
Essential Skills & Experience
One year of recruiting experience in a law firm or professional
services firm or equivalent education and professional experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and
maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with standard hiring practices, recruiting software,
and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
