The global leadership team sets the strategy in consultation with the
Global Strategy Board. The BD teams (comprising Communications,
Marketing, Business and Client Development experts) are led by
regional heads of business development who are aligned to our regional
boards: Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa, North America, UK, Europe.
Our strategy seeks to manage and develop clients and profile in our
global sectors; adopts a content and product led approach in taking
our practice groups to market; prioritises the use the integrated
digital marketing channels; and positions our most senior staff as
advisors to the business, supported by expert execution teams. Our
principles dictate that the highest value clients and opportunities
command the highest value BD attention and bespoke tactics.
The Team
This role is part of the firms' Global Marketing team. Their goal is
to attract and engage high revenue clients through their buyer journey
using data driven marketing techniques. Part of this is to position
Clyde & Co as the firm of choice in each of our core sectors on a
global basis. To realise this ambition, the marketing team will
provide leadership and direction in the development of dynamic global
campaigns and marketing strategies driven by data insight.
The Events Executive role will be part of the events team within the
broader global marketing team. The events team's main purpose is to
support and execute the firm's corporate events.
The firm is looking for a hands-on candidate with an interest in
events to join the team in London to help us continue to grow the
quality, innovation and creativity of our events. The role's main
responsibilities include supporting the Events Manager with event
planning and execution, sourcing and booking locations and sourcing
and negotiating with vendors and suppliers, sourcing assistance,
determining costing, and running events. Evaluating event success and
collaborating with the Events Manager with suggestions to enhance
event's success.
This role will report to the Events Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with internal and external event
planning and execution including but not limited to sourcing and
booking venues, sourcing and negotiating with vendors and
suppliers, sourcing production assistance and determining costing,
in person events support.
