The Marketing & Campaigns Manager role
will require experience of building and delivering marketing
campaigns encompassing traditional and digital channels in line with
revenue generating initiatives. As we continue our digital journey,
we are seeking someone with the passion and drive to lead and
educate the business on the use of different channels to enhance
client relationships and drive revenue opportunities.
This role will sit in the firm's
Australian BD & Marketing team and collaborate with the firm's
Global Marketing and Communications teams. Their goal is to attract
and engage clients through their buyer journey using data driven
marketing techniques. Part of this is to position Clyde & Co as
the firm of choice in each of our core sectors and markets.
They will be a creatively minded marketing
generalist with experience in digital and B2B marketing. The
Marketing & Campaigns Manager will oversee all aspects of
campaign development and implementation as well as ROI and follow up
to support the country wide marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Campaigns
Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns in line with the
firm's revenue generating initiatives.
Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define
audiences and messaging.
Managing the production of assets or marketing materials to
support regional campaigns.
Content & channels
Managing the regional editorial calendar, including engaging with
the wider team and business to ensure a pipeline of content aligned
to strategic priorities.
Writing and proofreading creative copy to enhance our clients
experience and engagement.
Planning and delivery of webinars, podcasts, videos, animations,
and other digital content.
Tracking, monitoring and assessing engagement performance of
regional content, using data to identify best practice and areas for improvement.
Managing the content on the firm's social real media accounts,
including LinkedIn and Twitter.
Plan, monitor and manage LinkedIn campaigns, advising the business
on the best approach and metrics to measure performance by and on
how to turn engagement into leads.
Champion the firms digital marketing ambitions, including
identifying development areas for the business and providing
coaching and training.
General marketing
Maintaining the regional website pages and looking at data
analytics to influence our go-to-market strategy.
Managing various marketing and communications systems and
processes, including identifying and running improvement and
education projects.
Assisting the broader BD team and business on content as required,
including articles and whitepapers.
Working with the BD and Communications managers to create client
mailings via Vuture, managing distribution and reporting on
engagement statistics.
Maintaining key marketing collateral and assets.
Writing firm awards submissions.
Build strong relationships across the BD team in order to create
advocates for marketing best practice.
Supporting the wider team projects when required.
Events
Planning, organising and co-ordinating events across Australia.
Ensuring all event activity is recorded pre and post-event and
assisting with reporting and analysis of the ROI of the event.
Attending events and providing 'on site' management of the event.
Preparing invite lists, name badges and general administration.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience of working in a B2B marketing team.
Previous experience of marketing in a professional services
organisation is highly desirable.
Creative and innovative with a strong grasp on existing and
emerging digital technologies.
A track record of managing social media accounts.
Experience of delivering webinars and podcasts.
Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Able to analyse marketing and website performance using Google
Analytics, Google Data Studios and PowerBI or equivalent systems.
Positive and tenacious with the ability to drive initiatives
forward by motivating people within and outside the team.
Professional marketing qualification - preferred but not essential.
Highly proficient in all MS Office packages.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and
influence others.
Be able to develop effective working relationships with the wider
team and across the business.
Have strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise
multiple tasks and projects, manage expectations of stakeholders and
meet deadlines.
Have excellent English language skills (written and spoken) and
demonstrate attention to detail.
Flexibility and willingness to adjust work schedule from
time-to-time according to workload demands and/or planned events
outside of core hours.
