trainee in our Milan office. If you're keen to embark on a career

The opportunity:
This opportunity will give professional experience in a
real work environment. You will have the opportunity to gain
hands-on experience in an international law-firm by working directly
with our lawyers. The team specialise in Insurance, Cyber,
Commercial Disputes and International Arbitration on both domestic
and cross-border matters. At Clyde and Co our rich learning

What you will do:
As a member of our team, you will support the team in
their daily tasks and assignments. Some examples could include:
Litigation: Follow each step of the litigation since its
inception to conclusion.
Legal Research: Assist with researching case law, statutes and
regulations relevant to ongoing cases.
Case Preparation: Help prepare case files, organize evidence and draft reports.
Client Interaction: Attend client meetings and, where appropriate,
participate in discussions under guidance.
Learning & Development: Participate in internal and external training
sessions, seminars and meetings to enhance legal knowledge.
Key Requirements:
You must:
A law degree with excellent academic credentials.
Be imminently available to take up this opportunity.
Fluent in Italian & English (speaking and writing).
Ready to work in a team.
