Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven leader. This role will lead the finance services team, which is dedicated to delivering high-quality financial services within the new Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centre in Glasgow, driving high-quality service delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence to support the organisation's growth and transformation goals.

  • Lead a skilled finance team delivering Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report services.
  • Establish and transition high-quality finance processes with robust controls and compliance measures.
  • Drive continuous improvement, performance insights, and best practices across PTP processes.
  • Support the deployment of new finance systems and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Develop clear, globally aligned knowledge resources and implement ServiceNow in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and provide service performance reporting.
  • Lead, coach, and engage the finance team to foster a high-performance culture.


Type: Permanent, Full time

Work Pattern: Hybrid, minimum 2 days from office
