including: discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal,
redundancy, disciplinary and grievance issues, large scale

instructed in litigation in the Employment Tribunal and the civil
courts and have represented clients in some of the most high profile
and high value litigations in Scotland in recent years.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Associate to join
our Glasgow team (and be based in Glasgow, on a hybrid working model).
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of both contentious
and non-contentious matters, including Tribunal appearance work, and
will support business development activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong technical abilities.
Ability to work autonomously with support from wider team when needed.
Ability to build strong client relationships and carry out
business development activities.
Ability to lead more junior team members on projects.
Ability to mentor and support other team members.
