Responsible Business Team. It collaborates with community partners
around the world to help address societal challenges and unmet need.

expertise as well as fundraise to have a positive impact on the
communities in which we operate and beyond.
The Role
We are seeking a Co-Ordinator to join our Pro Bono & Social
Impact Team to provide full administration support to the Pro Bono
& Social Impact team members globally, across four regions
(Americas, APAC, UK/Europe, MEA).
This position will report to a Pro Bono & Social Impact
Manager/Adviser and work closely with the Head of Pro Bono &
Social Impact. The role is available full / part time based in London
or Manchester and requests for flexible working patterns / job shares
will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Head of Pro Bono & Social Impact and the
regional Pro Bono & Social Impact Managers to develop and manage
initiatives e.g., helping with organisation of volunteer rotas for
pro bono and other volunteering activities
Coordination of festive and other fundraising activities in the UK
Preparing monthly reporting on Pro Bono & Social Impact
figures globally
Liaison with external Pro Bono & Social Impact partners
Responding to queries and acting as a point of contact for
colleagues expressing interest in pro bono & social impact
activities and events
Providing administrative support to the Pro Bono & Social
Impact team such as:
developing and administering processes to obtain and analyse feedback
performing conflict checks
monitoring the internal pro bono & social impact mailbox
managing the online filing systems used by the Pro Bono &
Social Impact team
Internal and external communications:
Assisting with production of communications to promote our Pro
Bono & Social Impact initiatives and raise awareness within the firm
Updating content on the external website
Updating content on our intranet pages
Financials and Reporting:
Supporting with collection, analysis and reporting of Pro Bono
& Social Impact data
Supporting with award submissions, benchmarking indices and
directory enquiries
Processing invoices and charitable donations
Essential Skills & Experience
Excellent attention to detail
Highly motivated, well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
Understanding of working in a highly confidential environment
Ability to work in a team environment and display a flexible and
proactive attitude
Ability to adapt to change in a proactive and effective manner
Intermediate level Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint such as mail
merge, pivot tables and comfortable with capturing and manipulating data
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for the smooth
and effective running of administrative processes
A keen interest in corporate responsibility, community engagement
and social issues, including in areas of access to justice,
volunteering and the not-for-profit sector
