The HR team in the UK consists of over 100 people. We have specialist
teams in Recruitment, Early Careers, Learning and Development, Systems
and MI and Reward and Benefits. The Benefits team are based in the
London offices working to deliver quality benefits provision to our
fee earning and business services teams throughout the UK.
The purpose of the Senior Benefits Co-ordinator role is to provide
dedicated support to the Benefits team working closely with the
Interim Head of Benefits, Senior Benefits Advisor, Payroll Coordinator
also to work collaboratively with other HR Coordinators within the HR
Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Support on the benefits integration project including:
Data - preparing data for integration into employee benefits
platform, analysing different populations and alignment to
different benefits offerings
System testing
Comms - involved into the communications planning, development
and delivery linked to the change of benefits and moving all
annual benefits enrolment to self- service through the platform
Data integration from Workday to employee benefits platform
Benefits administration
Generating benefits data reports e.g. eligibility reports
New joiners process
Ad hoc global benefits projects as required
Essential Skills & Experience
Essential - UK benefits administration experience including
communications 1-2 yrs
Essential - Excel/data analytics skills and attention to details -
used to managing data files/updates
Essential - Experience of working with third party benefits platform
Desirable - Experience of transitioning employees to third party
benefits platform
Desirable- Experience of benefits harmonisation project
