Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Billing and
Collections Officer to join our Cairo office and support our
Middle East operations. This is an excellent opportunity to play
a key role in a collaborative and high-performing Working
Capital Team at a dynamic, globally renowned law firm.
Your Role
As a Billing and Collections Officer, you will:
Work closely with the Middle East Billing Manager to
handle billing for all Egypt matters.
Prepare, finalise, and dispatch client invoices in line
with client-specific requirements.
Manage eBilling submissions and address billing-related queries.
Collaborate with our Credit Control team to support the
collections process.
Conduct regular WIP (Work in Progress) review meetings
with Partners and provide progress reports on debts and
client funds.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Hold a degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (an
accounting qualification is desirable).
Have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally
within a law firm or professional services environment.
Be proficient in 3E or a similar practice management system.
Possess excellent attention to detail and strong
organisational skills.
Be fluent in English and Arabic, with outstanding written
and verbal communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
interact effectively with staff at all levels, particularly Partners.
Be a confident and enthusiastic team player with
flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
