The Role

The Client Administration team are responsible for all the tasks surrounding the procedural elements of a file's life cycle for the Aviation Liability team in the London office. The Client Administrators are required to follow a number of detailed processes to ensure that Client SLA's are met and all fee earners receive accurate new file information in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the bordereau quarterly- end of March/ June/ September/ December for three airlines.
  • Complete the bordeau quarterly on the 15th of each month for one airline
  • Complete the bordereau quarterly on the third week of January/ April/ July/ October for one airline.
  • Complete the bordereau end of January/ April/ July/ October for two airlines
  • Create folders in Bordereau Workspace
  • Create billing schedules for each airline and maintain
  • Ahead of each bordereau send emails to case handlers/ support staff providing deadlines for receipt of bills and updates. This includes US offices.
  • Assemble invoices on to OneDrive
  • When appropriate, chase brokers for payment authority to settle fees and also chase re collection shortfalls.
  • When payment authority for bordereaux received, pass details of fees agreed to partner.
  • Monitor funds for payment of agreed feesand update correspondents' fee payment schedules.
  • SIA bordereau - 1 March/June/September/December held by Kennedys to be submitted.
