The Role

Project Delivery is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: supporting key projects; monitoring the status of tasks across a number of projects to ensure completion and coordinated delivery; working with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and align their inputs; arranging meetings, coordinating email communications and necessary follow-ups as well as governance activities and document management.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent administrative skills, be highly organised, and be able to demonstrate experience of task and project management. You should be confident, be able to show initiative and demonstrate a keenness to assume responsibility, work independently and take a proactive approach.

This role is an entry level position with career development opportunities leading to project manager. This role will report directly into the Senior Manager of Project Delivery

Key Responsibilities

Key projects

  • Create multi-layered partnerships with stakeholders from within practice groups and business services, as well as external consultants and providers, to support the delivery of key projects. The role will be responsible for a workstream within a larger project, supporting a project manager to achieve the overall objective of the project.
  • Coordinate and monitor tasks and deliverables, to ensure these are completed on time with appropriate consultation and review.
  • Provide quantitative and qualitative information relating to the performance of projects against agreed milestones and share with the project teams on a regular basis
  • Manage the risk process of any project assigned
  • Manage project communications and ensure that the content is accurate and well-written
  • Attend project team meetings, record and distribute agreed actions to attendees and, track and follow-up on progress

Service delivery

  • Utilise existing firm technologies to ensure actions are captured in project meetings, track these through to completion
  • Manage service transition from project lifecycle to business as usual
