Our Dusseldorf team focusses primarily on (re)insurance work, including claims, product development and other non-contentious advice, in particular on Financial Lines (D&O, E&O, Fidelity, etc), Professional Indemnity, Product and Property Liability. The team also has expertise in the fields of reinsurance and regulatory law and acts in relation to general commercial disputes with a focus on domestic and international litigation and arbitration work.
