Clyde & Co has an excellent opportunity for a paralegal who has 1 to 3 years experience to support our coverage litigation team as a Paralegal. This position is well suited to someone who is interested in gaining two - three years of legal experience before going to law school.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims;
• Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters;
• Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters;
• Finalize and send coverage letters; and
• Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preference for Top 20 school;
• Previous internship during school is a plus;
• Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel);
• Familiarity with Court websites is a plus;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Superior organizational skills;
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information;
• Ability to gracefully work under pressure;
• Flexible and adapts well to changes in workload;
