Clyde & Co has an excellent opportunity for a paralegalwho has 1 to 3 years experience to
support our coverage litigation team as a Paralegal. This position is
well suited to someone who is interested in gaining two - three years
of legal experience before going to law school.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims;
Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters;
Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims,
and coverage letters;
Finalize and send coverage letters; and
Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible
upcoming claims.
Qualifications
College graduate, preference for Top 20 school;
Previous internship during school is a plus;
Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel);
Familiarity with Court websites is a plus;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Superior organizational skills;
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
Ability to handle highly sensitive information;
Ability to gracefully work under pressure;
Flexible and adapts well to changes in workload;
