Clyde & Co is a seeking a dynamic
individual to support the NJ office.
Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
File organization
Assistance with scanning projects
Assistance with general office administration
Supervise outgoing and incoming files from Access
storage facility
Preparing files to be shipped out of the office for storage
Indexing outgoing files that should be picked up by Access
Organize and work with shredding company should on
site shredding be needed
Shredding of excess paperwork throughout the firm
Supply acceptance and organization
Retrieve daily mail from mailbox
Retrieve packages that may come into the loading dock
Preparation of outgoing Federal Express packages
Occasional IT assistance: no experience needed
Office maintenance - fixing drawers; putting together
new office equipment; moving and organizing files around the office
Assisting with large printing requests for attorneys
in addition to creating binders with tabs for attorneys and client/matters
Involvement in assisting legal assistants with
ongoing printing tasks related to claim files
Hospitality assistance
General litigation support
Coverage for receptionist
Qualifications
