Description

The Role

Litigation Executives handle a litigated case load of largely fast-track bodily injury claims. Day to day duties include assessing liability and quantum, drafting court documents and obtaining witness statements, alongside standard file handling duties. There is also the opportunity to assist the Partners with high value complex claims.

Key Responsibilities

Sub-heading

- Managing a caseload of litigated Fast Track RTA claims.

- Drafting of Court documents within the Civil Procedure

- Instructions to Counsel and experts where appropriate

- Assessing liability and quantum and preparing reports/advice

- Making and responding to offers and negotiating settlement of both liability and quantum as and when necessary

- Managing client MI expectations and SLA requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

We are looking for Litigation Executives with experience of handling defendant RTA claims. Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills are essential. In addition, we look for high levels of attention to detail and a customer focused approach.
