The Los Angeles office of Clyde
& Co has an exceptional opportunity for an Attorney with
3-4 years of litigation
experience interested in pursuing a career in Construction
& Surety. This practice
provides an opportunity to be fully engaged in all aspects of
construction and suretyship.
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings and briefs;
Prepare correspondence to
colleagues and clients;
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
All aspects of discovery
Preparation for and participation in mediations, arbitrations and trials.
Education and Experience Required
Strong academic credentials:
Admitted to practice in California;
Experience litigator;
Federal court experience
preferred, but not required.
Skills and Abilities
Exceptional legal research,
writing and communication skills are a must;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
Willingness to develop and grow a practice.
