Clyde & Co has an opportunity for a senior attorney with
insurance coverage and coverage litigation experience to join our team
and to lead the analysis and preparation of coverage opinions for
domestic and international insurers.This role will provide oversight
and development of our junior attorneys in coverage analysis and
preparation of coverage opinions with regard to commercial liability
policies and other specialty coverages.This non-litigation role is
suited to someone who has a strong interest in focusing on complex
coverage analysis and the ability to advance the abilities of the
team. We are open to remote working.

Education and Experience
Strong academic credentials;
Admitted in California, preferred;
8-15 years of experience in complex insurance coverage matters;
Experience supervising junior attorneys;
Experience in client interaction.
Skills and Abilities Required
Excellent legal research, writing and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Understanding of and sensitivity to clients' needs;
Ability to handle matters of a highly sensitive nature;
Ability to handle time sensitive matters, sometimes several simultaneously;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects;
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $220,000. The range
for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited
to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications;
and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range
estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic
differential associated with the location at which the position may be
filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top
of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case.
