Our Sydney office is currently looking for Law Graduates to join our 2023 cohort.

As a Law Graduate, you will be provided with a tailored training program, opportunities to develop your network and receive mentoring from leading practitioners. You will gain exposure to our niche practice areas, working alongside our partners and senior lawyers in the Sydney office on a broad range of engaging matters. We provide a tailored training program and many opportunities to develop your network.


Key skills and experience

We are interested in candidates who have maintained high academic performance throughout their studies and who will embody the firms' positive culture and entrepreneurial spirit. We look for Law Graduates who are committed to a career in a commercial law firm and understand the importance of our client's business.

To be successful in this position, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • A can-do attitude; someone who takes initiative, and is a quick learner
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence in building a rapport with clients to gain a better understanding of their business' needs and with the assistance of the partner, actively developing these client relationships
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and adaptable approach.
