Clyde & Co has an opportunity in Denver for an insurance coverage
litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience. We are looking for a
bright, ambitious, highly motivated lawyer, with experience in complex
insurance coverage litigation matters. Excellent writing skills are a must.
Our practice in Denver represents and advises insurers in coverage
matters involving both property and liability coverages, including
CGL, professional liability, inland marine, construction defects, and
directors and officers liability, and represents insurers in coverage
and bad faith litigation in federal and state courts throughout the Southwest.

Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, briefs, memos
Prepare and respond to written discovery
Prepare correspondence to colleagues and clients
Analyze insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and
providing recommendations for clients
Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis
Review documents in preparation for litigation
Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations as required
Submit filings to the court
Work on all aspects of pretrial to trial
Education and Experience Required
Admitted to practice in Colorado
4+ years of insurance coverage experience
Excellent academic credentials
Solid work history

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $205,000. The range
for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited
to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications;
and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range
estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic
differential associated with the location at which the position may be
filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top
of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent
on the facts and circumstances of each case.
