Role: Senior Paralegal Litigation Executive

The Role

The role involves working on a mixed caseload of motor, casualty and property recoveries claims,for corporate and insurer clients, with the opportunity to establish and develop direct relationships. Day to day duties include full case handling from start to finish covering the assessment of liability and quantum, obtaining witness statements alongside standard file handling duties.

We are open to applications from experienced paralegals/litigation executives and from claims handlers currently working in insurance. We are keen to hear from candidates that have experience in handling pre-lit claims and the MOJ Portal process, who have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically.
