NQ Solicitor -Health and Safety/
Complex High Value Personal Injury Claims Team - Aberdeen
We are looking for an enthusiastic NQ
solicitor to join our expanding practice in Aberdeen. The role will
focus on Health & Safety, complex high value personal injury
claims and defending criminal prosecutions relating to road traffic
fatalities. Some court experience would be useful but as this is a
specialist role, full training will be provided.
The role will be working with Mark
Donaldson (Chambers band one ranked for H&S and Personal Injury)
and Harry Boyle (Chambers band 3 ranked for Personal Injury and
commercial litigator).
Clients consist of household names, local
authorities and offshore operators.
We place a great deal of importance on
having strong working relationships within the office and work
collaboratively but with high levels of ownership of your cases. We
have advanced case management systems with a high degree of
automation. Personal claims handling autonomy and progression are
key to developing direct client relationships.
