Role Overview As a Digital Marketing Executive,
you'll be a key player in our Digital Transformation team, responsible
for driving digital solutions that support client relationships and
brand growth. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll
collaborate with colleagues to improve our global website's
performance, create engaging content, and provide actionable insights
to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management: Serve as a subject matter
expert on our website platform (Kentico), building and optimising
web pages, and providing continuous improvements based on analytics insights.
Content Creation: Develop interactive content
templates to enhance digital client experiences and advise on best
practices for content engagement.
Data Analytics: Utilise tools like PowerBI to
analyse website metrics, deliver reports, and provide
recommendations for improving engagement rates.
Digital Channel Support: Assist with email
marketing campaigns, podcast recording and publishing, webinar
organisation, CRM tasks, and social media campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with global BD and
marketing teams to support digital marketing initiatives aligned
with our strategic objectives.
Project Involvement: Contribute to various digital
marketing projects that advance the firm's global business strategy.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proficiency in website CMS technologies, preferably Kentico or Sitecore.
Experience with webinar, CRM, and email marketing platforms (e.g.,
GoTo, Microsoft Teams, Vuture).
Strong background in content-led digital marketing, including
website management, podcasting, and e-communications.
Ability to deliver technical solutions in business-friendly
language and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in PowerBI or similar analytics tools, with strong
attention to detail and decision-making skills.
Creative thinking, design-minded approach, and ability to manage
multiple tasks under tight time frames.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a
proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
