Paralegal - Construction Professional Indemnity - London Office
We are looking to recruit two Paralegals to join our Construction Professional
Indemnity Departmentin our London office.
The Team
Our professional liability lawyers have extensive experience of
acting for construction professionals and their insurers across all
industry sectors. Our team works together to provide fast and
effective solutions to the complex claims that clients find themselves
challenged with.
As a Paralegal you will be actively involved in cases and support the
team who will be advising and defending D&B contractors,
engineers, architects, project managers, surveyors and other
consultants and their insurers on claims and risk management issues.
Key Responsibilities
Document analysis and management.
Legal research
Assisting with the preparation of witness and expert evidence.
Reviewing claims documentation and identifying and marshalling the
key documents
Bundling
Drafting a wide range of documents and correspondence
Attend client meetings and taking notes.
Document review using relativity.
Essential Skills & Experience
Law degree or equivalent.
Previous experience in a litigation paralegal role is desirable
but not essential.
Excellent written communication.
Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
