covid inquiries and the Scottish Child Abuse Inquiry to smaller,
event-specific inquiries and FAIs.
Our healthcare team draws upon expertise from across the firm and
consists of lawyers who specialise in litigation, regulatory and
disciplinary hearings, public inquiries and more.

individual practitioners facing regulatory and disciplinary
proceedings as well as claims.

The Role
This role involves working as part
of team providing advice on a range of matters including: complex
clinical negligence claims; cosmetic and beautician treatments;
professional regulatory hearings; public inquiries; and historic
abuse litigation. You will be managing a mixed caseload of healthcare and historic abuse claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team within our

regular communication with clients. We have a collaborative,

Essential skills & experience
A qualified solicitor NQ - 10 PQE. Please note that our PQE levels
are a guide, and all suitable candidates will be considered.
You will hold strong litigation experience and be highly
determined and able to adapt well within a demanding, fast paced environment.
