As the CRM Project Lead, you'll be at the forefront of our digital
evolution, working closely with the Senior Digital Transformation
Manager and IT experts to implement a cutting-edge CRM system across
our firm. This role isn't just about technology; it's about driving
business growth, nurturing client relationships, and elevating our
brand reputation through innovative digital solutions.
You'll spearhead the procurement process for our new CRM vendor,
collaborating with procurement and IT colleagues to define project
scope, conduct discovery sessions, and craft compelling RFPs. You will
be able to focus on strategy as you align the CRM technology solution
with our business objectives and seamlessly integrate it into our
digital marketing and IT roadmaps. Agile thinking and clear
communication will be your strengths as you engage with stakeholders
across departments, ensuring seamless coordination and buy-in.
Please note, this role can be undertaken from any of our UK Offices.
What You'll Do
Lead the Charge: Take ownership of the CRM vendor
identification and delivery process, guiding the project from
discovery to onboarding planning.
Client Collaboration: Liaise with internal
stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them
into actionable strategies.
Tech Alignment: Work closely with our IT strategy
and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and
alignment with our IT roadmap.
Problem-Solving Pro: Forge strong relationships
with IT, Information Security, Risk, and Procurement teams to
overcome challenges and drive results.

Your Skills & Experience
Deep understanding of, and experience in enterprise level CRM
technology and client relationship strategy management.
Strong experience in some/all the following technologies:
LexisNexis Interaction, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, PowerBI,
PowerApps, SQL.
Experience of a large CRM migration and of managing CRM developers
Stakeholder management at partner and C-suite level.
Communication skills (verbal and written) that deliver technical
solutions in digestible business language and ability to
collaborate effectively. · Experience in Agile methodologies.
Strong technical acumen, with a positive attitude to
problem-solving · Decision making skills and strong attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge across MS software (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Awareness or knowledge of IT strategy fundamentals such as
Prince2 and TOGAF.
