The Role
Joining our Global Business Development Team, you'll partner closely
with the Head of Clients Insurance/Multinationals to uncover growth
opportunities and align them with our firm's vision. Your remit will encompass:
Harnessing our expansive global network to pursue clients across
diverse sectors.
Spearheading impactful marketing and communications initiatives.
Providing strategic advice and executing plans to drive business expansion.
Cultivating internal relationships and driving sales discussions
with Partners and their teams.
This is your chance to shape the trajectory of our client development
programme from its inception, contributing innovative ideas and
shaping the way we engage with our clients.

The Team
You'll be part of an agile Global Business Development Leadership
team that crafts strategy in tandem with our Global Strategy Board.

Essential Skills and Experience
Extensive experience in senior client development roles within
professional services, ideally within the legal sphere.
Adept at budget management and monitoring.
Strong influencer at senior levels, with the ability to drive change.
Exceptional organisational prowess, adept at juggling multiple
priorities under pressure.
Stellar interpersonal skills and the gift of clear, persuasive communication.
Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a proactive, resilient
approach to driving initiatives forward.
