An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate
Solicitor/Associate to join our busy corporate team based in the Midlands at either our Birmingham
or Nottingham offices. This role would ideally suit a
corporate solicitor with between 3-5 post qualification experience and
will be capable of working alongside our diverse corporate partners on
a broad range of matters including mergers & acquisitions, private
equity, and equity capital markets transactions.
The successful candidate will be keen to develop their skills in this
area within a leading national team, interacting effectively with
colleagues and clients at every level and actively engaging in
business development. The successful candidate will be able to take
full advantage of the on-going comprehensive training available.
Key Skills & Experience
Due to the nature of the work candidates who have upwards of 3
years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and
experience to undertake this role.
Excellent commercial acumen.
The ability to take on responsibility and liaise with clients.
Good negotiation skills.
An ability and willingness to learn and eagerness to take early responsibility.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, and the
ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
