We are seeking a lawyer with 3 to 4 years PQE to work in our
Corporate Group. The position will involve a broad and varied range of
corporate work for clients who are mainly in the media, technology,
entertainment and communications industries. We act for corporates
(both private and public), entrepreneurs, intermediaries, investors
and owner-managers in these industries (particularly technology, TV,
radio, interactive entertainment, music, theatre and digital media).
The successful candidate should have an outstanding academic record,
a good training and hands-on transactional corporate experience. They
should be ambitious and be keen to take on responsibility and run
their own caseload, as their work will involve a mix of a relatively
high degree of responsibility for smaller transactions and working as
a senior member of a team on larger ones.
As well as good technical skills, the successful candidate will need
the right interpersonal skills, and commercial sense, both to run and
motivate internal teams and to relate well to a diverse range of
