Description

Kennedys is looking for an Associate to join the London Liability team in the  Chelmsford office.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on fast & multi-track claims, including EL/PL cases. The work will mainly be personal injury related to include catastrophic injury claims.

Team

Kennedys’ London Liability team handles large loss, multi-track catastrophic injury claims. The team handles cases of the utmost severity including brain and spinal injury, amputations, vegetative state or altered consciousness, polytrauma, brachial plexus injury, severe psychiatric injury, chronic pain and loss of senses across insurers, self-insureds organisations and third party administrators.

Required experience

  • 3+ years’ experience of defendant personal injury claims gained within a law firm*
  • Experience of fast track and multi-track claims experience. Able to run own caseload with some supervision.
  • Experience of EL/PL/motor claims.
  • To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events.
