Kirkland & Ellis is a global law firm which focuses on advising
financial investors, as well as private equity, real estate, special
situations and other investment funds on European transactions, as
well as multinationals and other public and private companies. Our
lawyers work closely with our global offices providing extensive
experience in fund formation, corporate transactions, public and
private debt financings, restructurings as well as antitrust,
regulatory, intellectual property, litigation and investigations.
The programme will last for one week in the summer holidays.
Attendees will be paired with an associate mentor during their week
who they will share an office with. They will take part in various
exercises, as well as gain a real insight into the firm by learning
about our various practice groups through attorney-led presentations.
There will be numerous opportunities to network with trainees,
associates and partners within the firm. General career advice will
also be given throughout the week from members of the recruitment tea.
Applicants must be in Years 12 or 13, and meet PRIME's Eligibility Criteria.
