English and New York qualified lawyers, with a proven track record

succession planning. Through our London based expertise we also
offer services including insolvency, corporate advisory,
international tax and international arbitration.
Duties and Responsibilities
The role will include:
Drafting emails to the client
Keeping track of status of the different workstreams and report it
to the team and the client.
Managing a data base with details of all overseas legal counsel
involved in the workstreams and keeping it up to date.
Attending meetings with the client and taking notes.
Managing conditions precedent and subsequent.
Managing delivery and closing processes.
Preparing documentation bibles.
Preparing execution documents and compiling signature pages.
Skills/Experience
Previous paralegal experience in Aviation Finance.
An interest or experience in Shipping Finance.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively manage own workload and prioritise deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Resilient and calm under pressure.
Experience with Document Management Systems is an advantage.
