Mishcon has experienced a huge amount of

continues to go from strength to strength and we are involved in
exciting and innovative initiatives across the firm. Rather than
being considered a necessary support function, our Finance
department is an integral part of the strategy of the firm and this
is reflected both by the level of investment and how new initiatives
are discussed at the most senior level.
Duties and Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to support the Finance Systems Team in
the Finance department. This role will require a minimum of 2 days in
the office per week. Specific duties include:
Monitoring finance systems support email queues and tickets.
Providing ongoing support for the Finance Team.
Assisting the Finance Systems Team by providing on request reporting.
Dealing with internal queries.
Participating in finance system related projects.
Skills/Experience
This role will suit a candidate that is eager to begin or build upon
their career with a busy and supportive team.
Full training will be provided.
Some work experience preferred.
Five GCSE (including Maths and English) at level C or above.
Good mathematical skills (candidates must be comfortable working
with numbers).
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Personable and confident, able to build relationships with
partners/ key stakeholders.
Resilient and calm under pressure.
Adaptable and flexible approach.
Pro-active and takes initiative, with a 'can-do' attitude.
Familiarity with accounting practices, with a finance function
background preferable but not essential.
