In an increasingly competitive and
regulated world, in which disputes have become a fact of business
life, Mishcon de Reya has built one of the largest, most complete
and experienced Dispute Resolution departments in London. It is the
reason why half the firm's lawyers are litigators and we have one of
the largest groups of injunction specialists.
From a core of Fraud litigators we have built a team that
covers most major areas of the Dispute Resolution world including:
Commercial litigation, White Collar Crime & Investigations, Tax,
Competition and Anti-Trust, International Arbitration, Intellectual
Property and Fraud Defence & Business Disputes.
Of course, while we are equipped to litigate, going to court
is never our default response. We start every dispute with a clear,
dispassionate overview of our client's options, and be it personal
or commercial, our approach is the same. Assimilate the facts and
lay out the options because the means of resolution can be as
diverse as the issue themselves. We are ready to be as measured and
diplomatic or as aggressive as the situation demands.
Whatever the approach we fight our client's corner and take
ownership of their dispute so that we can resolve it as effectively
as possible.
