Our Finance team continues to go from strength to strength and we are
involved in exciting and innovative initiatives across the firm.
Rather than being considered a necessary support function, our Finance
department is an integral part of the strategy of the firm, and this
is reflected both by the level of investment and how new initiatives
are discussed at the most senior level.
The Role
We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic individualto join our
Billing team. The team deal with a high volume of bills each month and
a flexible approach is a necessity for this role. The ideal candidate
will possess excellent time management and organizational skills, have
a positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team and
independently. Previous experience is not required, as training will
be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assisting the billing team in day to day running of the billing process.
Assisting with general queries.
Dealing with the billing team mailbox, to include actioning
updates to the accounts system.
Running and sending various reports.
To develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Assisting fee earners understand the financial ledgers.
To assist the fee earners with any technical difficulties in
recording time/billing.
To ensure you adhere to the Firm's policies and practices and
information published on the Finance intranet page.
Where required and with the approval of line manager, to work with
fee earners on ad hoc requests where financial input is required.
