This open day is ran in collaboration with our Race Equity group, and is a unique opportunity to learn about our EDI committments, as well as how to prepare for our application process.

The Race Equity Committee is focused on initiatives that move us all towards an anti-racist mind-set and create permanent, systemic change within the firm - and ultimately help Mishcon reflect the diversity of the society in which we live.

Our Race Equity Open Day takes place on Wednesday 25 October 2023 for candidates in the penultimate year of their undergraduate degree and onwards. This is an in-person event that will take place in our London office.

Our Open Days are a chance to get a real insight into the type of work we do, the clients we engage with and life as a lawyer at Mishcon de Reya. It's your chance to get to know us better and understand what makes us tick but we also want to leave you with an increased level of commercial awareness about how a law firm operates, the current legal landscape and the future of the legal market.

If you are a first year undergraduate student, please be advised you are not eligible for this event. We will be holding an Open Day in February 2024 which is open to first year students.

We typically look for an expected 2:1 degree and ABB at A-level but we are ultimately looking for the best candidates. Please don't be deterred if your grades are lower than this, we are looking for people who have a strong application form across the board. Please enter your GCSE, A-level (or equivalent) and a full breakdown of your degree grades on the application form.
