Do you have an energy regulatory, energy projects or corporate and commercial energy law background? Join our energy practice and our blue-chip client base as we help our clients successfully navigate the energy transition.

We offer leading strategic advice on the rapid and disruptive transformation of the energy sector and have led a large number of successful and innovative 'country first' and 'technological first' transactions.

Working with industry leading partners, you will be supporting our clients across the entire energy value chain including:

  1. Energy markets and renewable energy regulatory advice and associated projects
  2. Commercial contracting e.g. connection agreements, supply agreements, power purchase agreements, novel contract structures for emerging business and project structures
  3. Energy-focused transactions

Requirements

  1. 3+ years' PQE with predominant energy-market exposure and demonstrable experience in the National Electricity Market, gained either in-house or at a leading firm
  2. A passion for renewables and supporting organisations through the energy transition
  3. A desire to work on complex matters
  4. Strong commerciality, curiosity and an enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  5. Outstanding attention to detail, analytical and drafting skills
  6. Excellent communication skills including client liaison
