leading teams in Australia. Demand on our services has created an
opportunity for a front end/Projects & Construction Senior
Associate or Associate to join the Sydney team working with Partner Steven
Choi. Working across a large range of projects, with a particular
focus on renewable energy projects, this is a unique opportunity to
pursue an area of law that presents exciting potential for career
advancement and significant development opportunities.
The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows;
Responsibilities
Assist clients on a range of front end matters and large-scale
projects with a strong focus on energy transition
Advise on and draft a range of project documentation including
project development and construction delivery documents
Manage work streams on large domestic projects
Liaise with clients and assist in negotiations
Assist with business development and marketing initiatives
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years PQE gained within a front-end construction or
projects practice
Experience assisting on a range of energy/construction/projects matters
Strong client liaison skills
Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills
Strong time management & organisational skills with the
capacity to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously
