The role
We are looking for an experienced Practice
Assistant to support two of our Team Leaders for Banking and
Restructuring ( supporting c6), based in Sydney.
Responsibilities
Diary management, travel booking and event coordination
Billing and expense coordination
File management including opening and closing files, electronic
and physical filing and scanning, management of correspondence
Client relationship management and administration tasks; working
with our Business Development team assisting with client material preparation
Prepare and amend routine and non-routine documents,
correspondence, and presentations
Any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position either in a Personal
Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced managing complex diaries and organising travel
Able to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
Previous experience in monthly billing using relevant financial
software preferable
Tech savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
Able and willing to use initiative to contribute to overall
success of team
