The role
We are looking for an experienced Practice
Assistant to support our Restructuring practice, based in Sydney.
This position will have a focus on billing, supporting each of our
Restructuring partners in Sydney, as well as general matter
management responsibility.
Key responsibilities:
All billing for the Sydney Restructuring team
Keeping on top of fee estimates and liaising with partners
regarding actions to be taken. Undertaking any actions required.
Sending out bills to clients including uploading of bills to
client billing platforms
Keeping on top of the team's time entry and ensuring all time is
being captured prior to billing
Requirements
Solid experience in client reporting, and working with clients who
have specific billing and reporting requirements.
Previous experience in a similar position either in a Personal
Assistant or Legal Assistant capacity
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
Tech savvy with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
Able and willing to use initiative to contribute to overall
success of team
