We are currently looking to recruit an Associate to join our litigation practice, based in Sydney. Working with Rebecca Whittle, this is a great opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a high performing team with a strong focus on the continuous development of its lawyers.

Broadly you will be focussed on:

  • Intentional torts & abuse claims
  • Coronials & inquiries
  • Liability litigation

Requirements

  • A strong desire to work on large-scale, high-value litigation
  • 1+ years PQE, with experience gained in personal injury, commercial and/or government litigation
  • Broad exposure to a range of commercial and/or government litigation
  • Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
